Cancellation & No Show Policy

» Reservations are only confirmed upon payment of a 10% of full stay deposit.

» This payment can be made by the following methods:

   • Cash Payment – to be paid directly to Kamala Beach Estate
   • Credit Card Payment – a credit card authorization form may be completed and returned (either by fax on 66-76 324115 or by scanning the form and returning to us by email) with your signature. Please note that we accept Master Card and Visa Card only.
   • Bank transfer – Transfers can be made to our account however we ask that should you decide to use this method of payment, that you please send us a copy of your bank transfer details so that we can confirm receipt of same with our bank to avoid any delays. Bank details are as follows:

» Should a cancellation of a confirmed reservation be received more than 30 days prior to arrival, the 10% deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 5% of the amount of the deposit or Baht 500 (whichever is greater)

» A cancellation of a confirmed reservation during both “Low” and “High” periods (excluding 15 December to 10 January) which are made less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the retention of the above 10% deposit. This deposit will be held by the company for a period of one (1) year in which the guest may make a reservation for a future date. This deposit cannot be refunded. If unused at the expiration of one (1) year, this deposit will be absorbed by the company.

» A cancellation of a confirmed reservation during the “Peak” period (i.e. 15 December to 10 January) which is made less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the above 10% deposit.

» An early check out of more than one day will result in the full duration of the confirmed booking being charged.

» A late check in of one day or more will result in the full duration of the confirmed booking being charged.

» A No Show will result in the loss of the above 10% deposit
